How to Add Your UniLink to X (Twitter) Profile
Why Add UniLink to X
X (formerly Twitter) lets you add one website link to your profile, displayed directly under your bio. That link is one of the highest-converting spots on the platform — visitors who land on your profile after reading a tweet are warm leads. Pointing it to a UniLink page means you can route them to your shop, latest project, newsletter, or anything else without changing the URL every week.
Step 1: Copy Your UniLink URL
Open your UniLink dashboard, click Share, and tap Copy link. Your URL will look like https://unil.ink/yourname.
Step 2: Edit Your X Profile
- Open x.com and go to your Profile.
- Click Edit profile.
- Find the Website field.
- Paste your UniLink URL.
- Click Save.
Your UniLink will now appear directly under your bio with a small link icon, clickable for every visitor.
Pro Tips
- Mention your link in your bio text. A simple "Everything I do ↓" drives many more clicks than letting the link stand alone.
- Pin a tweet with your UniLink. A pinned tweet with a clear call-to-action and your UniLink URL converts profile visitors all day long.
- Use a custom domain. A short branded link looks more professional and trustworthy in your bio.
- Add UniLink to your tweets when relevant. Especially in threads — drop your UniLink at the end so readers have a clear next step.
- Track which tweets drive clicks using UniLink analytics and short links.
Common Issues
- Link counts in your bio character limit. If you also mention your URL inside the bio text, every character counts — keep it short.
- Preview image not showing on tweets? Open your UniLink dashboard → Settings → SEO, upload a custom Open Graph image, and re-tweet your link to see the new card.
- Link rejected? Make sure the URL includes
https://and that your UniLink page is published.
